I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, but the lack of a view from the window on the lower floor was disappointing. The service was great, with helpful and professional staff who accommodated my room change request. The location was convenient for visiting AlHaram, but a bit tiring due to its distance from the holy site. The dining options were a hit and miss, with some stations being excellent while others lacked cleanliness. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel had a few drawbacks like small rooms that needed cleaning before return from the mosque and a broken shower faucet, but the service was exceptional despite some minor issues during breakfast.
