Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, cooperative service, needs upgrading in location, excellent dining options, and decent facilities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, but the lack of a view from the window on the lower floor was disappointing. The service was great, with helpful and professional staff who accommodated my room change request. The location was convenient for visiting AlHaram, but a bit tiring due to its distance from the holy site. The dining options were a hit and miss, with some stations being excellent while others lacked cleanliness. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel had a few drawbacks like small rooms that needed cleaning before return from the mosque and a broken shower faucet, but the service was exceptional despite some minor issues during breakfast. The location, although not perfect, offered shuttle services, and the dining experience, while needing improvement, had highlights like dishes made by Mr Ahmed. The facilities were decent with room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were extra spacious and clean, perfect for a family of four, but there were some issues with fungus on the walls and a stinky carpet. The service from the staff, though, was impressive, especially after I raised some complaints. The location was convenient with shuttle services, but the distance to the mosque made it tiring. The dining options were a letdown, but the hotel had some useful facilities.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff members. Despite some areas needing refurbishment, it provides a decent stay with comfortable beds and a decent size bathroom. The service is good, with notable staff members going the extra mile, offering a range of amenities. The location is convenient, though some aspects may not be suitable for families. The dining options are basic, and the facilities could use improvement.
Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, but the staff quickly provided another one. Unfortunately, it lacked a safety lock box and needed a total renovation. The carpets and mattresses were dirty, emitting a strong odor. Despite these setbacks, the staff was helpful and cooperative in addressing my concerns.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very nice, and all the staff members were extremely courteous and polite. Everything was very clean, and the rooms are very big and comfortable, with a wonderful view of Masjid Nabwi and the Prophet's Dome. However, some minor inconveniences were noticed during my visit.
The hotel rooms were very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, offering plenty of amenities like a coffee station, mini fridge, walk-in closet, and separate bedroom. The staff was incredibly courteous and polite. However, the AC in the room made the food cold, which was a downside. The location was good with a pick and drop shuttle service available for Haram by Marriott.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram and airport, offering a mix of good and not-so-good features. The rooms are spacious with a modern interior but require cleaning before returning from the Masjid. The service is helpful and welcoming, yet the shuttle to the Haram can be a bit inconvenient. The dining experience is satisfactory, though it may not be included in the room rate. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
